ADOBE READER - Create a new folder to store your downloaded books and download your PDF book to that folder. This way you can keep up with your book stack. Once you download and/or install the Adobe reader, when you download and/or open a PDF file, the file will automatically be displayed in Adobe Acrobat.

MICROSOFT READER - After you download and install the Microsoft Reader, whenever you download and/or open a LIT file, the Microsoft Reader will open the book and ask you if you want to read it from where you downloaded it, or if you want to transfer it to the Library folder that the Reader program created when you installed it. Recommend you transfer all LIT books to the Library folder for ease of maintenance.

PALM eBook READER - Recommend you download the book to the Palm Add-in folder, but any location will work. When you open the file, it automatically is recognized by the Palm desktop program and positioned to be loaded into your Palm device the next time you synchronize with your device.
