MYSTERY FLORIDA 2008

With roots in the writing of John D. McDonald, Mystery Florida is an annual gathering of authors and readers who believe in the legacy of  JDM's philosophies - great stories, great characters, and an appreciation for Florida's environment.

As usual, Taylor had a great time visiting with readers and authors, and our great friend Debbie Stowell of Circle Books on Lido Key on the beach off Sarasota, Florida.

On the left, Taylor with Ann Turner Cook and her friend Bob, who was a C-47 radio operator and flew combat missions in WWII. On the right Taylor talks with Terry Griffin, another old soldier, author and principal organizer of Mystery Florida, and Tom Corcoran who is a extraordinary photographer and author, with Navy roots.
